We use industry standard email services such as Office 365 or Google Suite to provide dedicated email accounts and personal support. Each account includes storage space and a full suite of online office applications. Our team can assist in setting up each account and provide support via our support portal.

Help with your website - support package notes:
- We can only provide a response service to technical faults during office hours and not weekends or public holidays.
- Although we can help with most matters IT, these support contracts are strictly for the support of the website to ensure it is functioning at its very best. We use a "ticketing system" to ensure we have a paper trail of any faults on the site and the resultant fix. That paper trail must be in one location so that we can both access it. Please do not raise technical problems using text, WhatsApp or phone.
- Our support packages do not cover training or help with other IT issues that you may have.
- Due to the high number of customers on our books we cannot possibly offer telephone support unless you have a support contract in place that offers this feature.
- Also, we do not include updates or amendments to the website in our fee as it is impossible to predict the amount of work required by individual clients in advance. All updates and amendments will be quoted for based on the time we expect them to take which is a much fairer system. Our performance support package includes one hour of site updates each month which can be booked upon request. (Unused update time does not rollover to the next calendar month)
- All support packages must be paid by standing order either quarterly or annually in advance.
